Item is a printed booklet laying out the state and objectives of the St. Andrews and Quebec Rail Road Company, including relevant resolutions passed by the legislature of Upper Canada, names of committee members, and project goals. Appendices include reprints of supporting texts including articles in United Service Journal and the St Andrews Standard; letters from engineers and surveyors; schedules of projected expenses and revenues; and a petition to King William IV.
