Bound volume containing sheet maps of the Town of St. Andrews, with all structures and their construction materials indicated, created for the Underwriter's Survey Bureau, Ltd., for the purposes of fire insurance. The map covers the town plat from Harriet to Patrick Streets, and from the waterfront to Prince of Wales Street. Captions indicate the map was originally drawn up in August 1905, with this edition revised to 1930, and "mercantile and manufacturing risks" revised to 1936.

A plate on the inside front cover indicated this copy was loaned from the Underwriter's Survey Bureau to Mr. John A. Doon.
